Could you recommend any SMTP proxy services?

Almost all available sock5 proxy have closed 25 port (for spam prevention). Could you advise any commercial socks provider? Or is it supposed that the user use his own smtp proxy?

the best option is to build your own , most of commercial will not expose 25 ports
