Support for Portrait screens

It would be nice to be able to define a screen as portrait 1080x1920. This could be a config.js setting but it would be nice to add screens and resolution layouts in the UI.

I can try to look at that. For the second part, a settings UI is already on one of my branches and I probably can patch things up to make it a bit cleaner before adding a PR with it.

Okay, I think we should define base resolution for the slides with defaulting to no auto scaling for the viewer. Though... editor might have issue with this since it has no good way to pan & scale.
