Fix problems connected to pathnames and access rights

On my computer (Ubuntu 18.04 fresh install) I was not able to run exportNotebook. The problems were filenames and paths with spaces as well as the fact that /tmp is apparently not accessible to pdftk (though it is to all other programs).
