Add some information about bink videos (as used by the new RSM2 models)

Not that they're widely used, but some info probably couldn't hurt.

So far I've got only this:

• There's an official tool to convert the videos here
• libavcodec appears to have reverse-engineered the format

Used in only this model:

There's a "trailer" (01.bik) and these two:

The videos themselves look completely out of place, are in low quality, and appear to have no audio. I wonder what they're used for ingame, or why they even added them in the first place.
