Replace ACT_AnchorPointsVisualization.mkv (video) with a more accessible version (GIF?)

It would be much easier to embed a GIF into the markdown document. There's apps like Gyazo that could help record one, though I haven't really used them before.

Until I find time to look into how it works, I'll leave this as a reminder.
