Just checking but all four methods support all of the various types of spatial data? For example, bounding boxes, sets of points, etc.?
It should be noted that there is some best practice type text in the identifier section. This should be pulled into a clearly identified best practice for identifiers blurb.
Clearly separating the best/leading practice material is necessary. It also seems appropriate to structure the leading practice according to the FAIR guideline letters.
Replacing assay with a more general "observation process" would be fine by me - though I suspect the GeneLab folks would like to keep the term assay perhaps as a...
