What do you mean by "tough" just that it takes awhile to load in the UI?

It seems that also if you edit the contents of the query tab, but don't click "run query" all modifications are lost, FWIW...

I'd be happy to pitch in $100 toward this feature :)

I think it defaults to postgres, you can change the schema that's it. Which is how I like it but hey :)

In retrospect, might be nice to remember which table you had last selected, and which tab (structure/content/query) as well, but schema's the biggest pain point (when you have multiple schemas...

I ran into this, worked around it by setting a "normal" password for root, FWIW (see comments here: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/old-client.html ). Annnd the comments were all removed. Nice mysql. Anyway fix...
