My wont would be to have lots of info returned, people can choose not to use it if they care. Maybe nodoc the ip address, can't imagine someone needing it...
Seems working in 9.4.3.0? (though it still has those ←[1m sigs that seem to mess up the console from then on FWIW...)
work around might be to disable apps :)

Just came here to request the same thing. Another future, unrelated possibility: don't serialize it and save it if it hasn't changed...? :)
In retrospect, even if you're running two servers on the same box, and using the file backing, the two can get out of sync if they both cache the same...
