CStack checking may be active when run on in Linux

Repro cannot be listed here; src/tmp/Liana/repro_per202.r Noticed this when runing a calibration task, with a callback to an R function for the optimisation goodness of fit. Worked fine on Windows, not on Linux. I suspect this is because from rClr, the Initialize() function is not called.
