add support for groups

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like it's not possible to fetch groups via the ApiManager.

Hello, there are some library forks. Maybe one of them implemented this feature.

If you don't have the time or simply don't want to maintain this repository any more, I'd be willing to do my best to continue working on this. I think you've done some great work here and it would be a shame to leave things how they are now.

It just pains me to see different forks, all with different features. IMO it'd be best to have everything in one repository.
