Fix display of **Etymology**
In-app display of the Etymology-section has these curly brackets all-over it, making it difficult to read:
However, the original article is nice and easy to read.
I'd like to suggest interpreting curly brackets the same way as the online version does. I'm sure there's some way to scrape these at the time of downloading the dictionary, keeping the regular offline-functionality.
Additionally, I'd like to mention that these curly brackets are an issue in general. There's also ither sections where they should get cleaned up / properly displayed.
Essentially a duplicate of #147 I would say. I will in a future update apply the fix mentioned there to at least get rid of all the {} even in the web view, but it will be a limited improvement. More advanced changes will not happen unless someone else implements it. It would require a large time investment and likely also disk storage trade-offs (or re-implementing the codes). If there are specific codes that are really, really frequent, there is specific code to handle them already and new cases can be added without much effort. But I don't think that applies to this section, since it's a lot of different codes.
