Italian to Sicilian Dictionary

The English to Sicilian dictionary is already included. However, is it possible to include the Italian to Sicilian dictionary too?

I can keep this as a reminder to re-visit, but currently there just isn't enough data (or the code to extract them can't find it) to create such a dictionary. Essentially, there's too few Sicilian entries in the Italian wiktionary compared to the English one (or the code extracting them is not working right) to be able to generate a useful dictionary.
