Add numbering to sections and pages in the interview

Rationale / Begründung

In https://github.com/rdmorganiser/rdmo/issues/254 this was asked for. Creating a separate issue here.

My idea would be to add (latin? roman?) numbers to the sections and latin numbers or letters to the pages. The numbering should be created automatically. The numbering should also be displayed in the management. And maybe on project_answers ("View answers").

Good idea but not compulsory. Why not Arabic numbers?
