Use markdown in title of questions, questionsets, sections, catalogs

Rationale / Begründung

Managers expressed their desire to use markdown in questions and question sets. Implementing this is not hard. Implications on styling need to be checked (question titles are bold by default.).

It would be nice to be able to use markdown in options as well. There might be cases where you want to add some simple styling to selectable answers.

Note that a change like this would require to figure out how to handle these markdown styles in dropdown menus for example.
