Comments in the interview

Rationale / Begründung

This is an older feature-request that never got implemented. Comments (like in Word or Google Docs) would enable users to discuss answers in the interview.

this feature is also of interest for the DMP Review features. A certain Reviewer of a project would be able to add comments (simple text) to each question. The members of a project should be able to answer to this comment (chat like UI). Optionally, the comments of a Reviewer could trigger the activation of Tasks for the User.
