Integrate ORCID/ROR quicksearch into the RDMO interface

Rationale / Begründung

A modal with a quick search using the APIs of ORCID or ROR could help filling multiple fields in the interview at once. Next to "name-related" fields, users would find a button or similar to open a modal which uses the external API to fetch public information about persons or institutions. This is then automatically filled into fields according to a naming convention (or something else TBD).
