Add RDKit renderer for SMILES, MOL, and SDF cells

This would make numerous tasks easier. Could also think about adding it for SMARTS cells

On top of this it would be very helpful to have a Preferences page (like for Marvin) to configure render options. The defaults aren't that nice really (too thin bonds).
