GitLab non canonical urls are not recognized as archived

Gitlab's default navigation uses non canonical urls (without ".git" suffix), so they appear as not archived, because the SWH standard ingestion archived it with its canonical url. One option to fix it could be to patch SWH origin api : https://forge.softwareheritage.org/T4369
