Changed ansible.hosts to ansible.inventory_path, etc.

It looks like the Vagrant's ansible plugin has changed and ansible.hosts no longer works (using Vagrant 1.3.5). Using ansible.inventory_path appears to be the way it's done now, and I've added an ansible_inventory file and adjusted the README.md accordingly.
