Using libpcre2-dev, libpcre3-dev or liburiparser-dev

Till now, the debian package is built using libpcre3-dev. There's a mass bug about dropping that package because of several reasons.

Checking the CMakeLists I have found that collada-dom can be built with liburiparser. I have built it with the last one and pcre2.

Has Upstream any preference of the library to use?
