Issue with special characters

Hello,

I have an issue running rdesktop inside tigervnc-server-1.9.0-14.el8_1.x86_64 when it is started with the -RawKeyboard option.

Special characters @ # € [ ] available pressing the ALTGR key are not printed. They works only with CTRL+ALT+key combination.

Another issue is on { } chars. Here combinations of key SHIFT+ALTGR+key do not print expected chars but they are printed only on SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+key

Could someone fix this issue making ALTGR to work as expected?
