SeamlessRDP: Problem when maximizing remoteapp windows.

I have compiled the latest rDesktop and am having a major issue when trying to maximize windows using SeamlessRDP. rDesktop or SeamlessRDP seems to be unaware of my desktops interface, Gnome.

When maximizing a window, the window maximizes to the full size of my screen going behind the top and side panels on my desktop. Because this blocks the Window controls the only way to fix it is to go into full screen, restore the window, and then go back out of full screen. However this has to be done every time I reopen the app.

Could you please provide the command line you're using to launch remoteapp. Thank you. I'm not a SeamlessRDP expert but I'll try to help.
