Raspberry Pi 4 Vulkan 1.1

Mesa's V3DV driver for Raspberry Pi 4 is now compliant with Vulkan 1.1.

Targeted RHI Vulkan Mobile (ES3.1) (SF_VULKAN_ES31) (-vulkan -FeatureLevelES31) should now work out of the box without engine modifications.

Is anyone able to confirm this? I don't have a Raspberry Pi 4 as of now for testing.

I know that this is a old thread but would this work with the raspberry pi 5? I am ordering a Pi 5 here soon and I would like to know.
