Replication after Deprecation of rllab

Hello and thank you for publishing the code!

I have been trying for much longer than I'm willing to admit to get the code to replicate. rllab is now depricated and not available via pip, leading to a other difficulties when migrating to garage. I have tried, in vain, to rewrite the critical parts. Do you have any suggestions on how to repair this?
