inline_verilog cleanup

inline_verilog is unsafe currently. This issue track the cleanup of this feature.

This requires the following tasks to be completed:

  • [ ] Add a set of debugging primitives (assertions, coverage, display, etc...)
  • [ ] adhere to hierarchical selects.
