Internal Hasura error on host selection mentor ordering

Cause https://github.com/hasura/graphql-engine/issues/3796

Hasura is having internal errors with the ordering of student names on the meeting edit > host selection page. I will try to implement a workaround.

Postgres error log:

ERROR:  column reference "root.or.semester.ar.semester.mentors.ar.mentors.small_group_men" is ambiguous at character 8192```

Workaround (72d6c79034f23220f9408245362fe60ee9277a71) requires mentors to be ordered by first name only.

Once the underlying issue in hasura is fixed, mentors can be ordered by first and last name on the edit meeting > select host page.

Until then we settile for just first name (which is acceptable for now since small groups are already ordered by title).
