I finally got the error too for the site your reported, I got NixOS installed in a virtualbox vm.
and also for the other site from #7025. So NixOS is an important factor to get this reproduced. I will look into it more tomorrow.
And also the site in #7069 is also crashing in the same way, with NixOS
