Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch the MSEdgeRedirect.exe
  2. Go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Settings window opens.

❌ Actual Behavior

Settings window does not open.

[Display adapter properties for display 1] does not open.
