Update needle dependancy

Needle is out-of-date in package.json.

Can we please update it to a newer version when convenient? Or even better, can node-osmosis be updated to depend on compatible library versions, like laid out here? https://blog.nodejitsu.com/package-dependencies-done-right/

This old version of needle is causing issues when loading malformed cookies with osmosis. Would be great to see an update to a supported version like stated above!
