Feature: Re-organise GPU Docs

The GPU Documentation is becoming muddled and needs re-organising. The suggested tasks required for this pull request as listed below. Any software document pages should use the tags "gpu" or "deeplearning" according to the tagging system in the pull request #217.

Iceberg docs

• [ ] Page "Iceberg -> GPU Computing" to be created with basic info on GPUs on iceberg. To incorporate existing info (from GPU section) on interactive use and submitting jobs. Details should be specific to Iceberg.
• [] Page "Iceberg -> Libraries -> CUDA" to be updated with content form existing "Compiling on the GPU using the NVIDIA Compiler". Link to GPUComputing@Sheffield tutorial on CUDA.
• [] Page "Iceberg -> Libraries- GPU PGI Compiler" to be created from existing GPU comilation with PGI page.
• [] Page "Iceberg -> Software - FLAME GPU" to be created from existing FLAMEGU page.

ShARC Docs

• [ ] Page "ShARC-> GPU Computing" to be created with basic info on GPUs on ShARC. To incorporate existing info (from GPU section) on interactive use and submitting jobs. Details should be specific to ShARC.
• [ ] Page "ShARC-> Libraries -> CUDA" to be updated with content form existing "Compiling on the GPU using the NVIDIA Compiler". Link to GPUComputing@Sheffield tutorial on CUDA.
• [ ] Page "Iceberg -> Software - FLAME GPU" to be created from existing FLAMEGU page.
• [ ] Page "Iceberg -> Software - Tensor Flow" to be created from existing DL with Tensor Flow page.
• [ ] Page "Iceberg -> Software - Caffe" to be created by Twin.
• [ ] Page "Iceberg -> Software - Theano" to be created from existing DL with Theano page.

Parallel Computing Docs

• [ ] All GPU Computing sub pages to be moved (as per above)
• [ ] Overview page of GPU Computing to be created to include general information (not specific to either Iceberg or ShARC). To include about GPUs, GPU Community, CUDA Research Centre, Deep Learning at Sheffield overview.
