Lua module file documentation

Update Software installation page to encourage users to use lua on Stanage. This might need a more detailed explanation of lmod and modules(tcl). And tab showing stanage(lua) with equivalent bessemmer (tcl).

Note :also ensure bring the need of the ".lua" extension to any module files.
