The existence and reasoning for https://github.com/rcgsheffield/sheffield_hpc_redirect need to be documented.

tl;dr Github only allow one subdomain per repo so you need both domains attributed to one of our controlled repos to avoid a potential hijacking by another Github user (putting their own pages on our subdomain.)
