Stanage: PyTorch documents should be updated with support matrix

As users are encountering some issues with support for the A100s and likely with the H100 GPUs shortly we can do with signposting the following: https://discuss.pytorch.org/t/gpu-compute-capability-support-for-each-pytorch-version/62434/7

This may also need adding to ShARC / Bessemer!
