error with relabel command

I have this error message when using relabel command :

---Fatal error--- Missing input file name

I used the following files in the command:

newick -relabel NP_214621.nwk.txt -labels labels.txt -output NP_214621_tb2.nwk

NP_214621.nwk.txt labels.txt

Really appreciate your help. This software is very useful in my research. I really want to use this in my next step analysis. Looking forward to your reply.
