Are alignments exactly reproducible?

Can musclen reproduce the results? I used the following command and found that the results of the two runs were not completely consistent. Can it be completely consistent? How to control it? muscle-linux-x86.v5.3 -super5 sequence.fasta -output muscle5_super5.afa
