Loading on zoom level change

Describe the bug

In this storybook example the lane pagination call back is getting called if the zoom level has been adjusted, with the latest release code, when there are multiple lanes we have to move the scroll to the top in each lane to stop the infinite loading animations.

Expected behavior the loader animation should not be visible when page width/height, zoom levels change.
