Add monitoring to single-network-node role?

I noticed monit is not deployed on single-network-node, is there any particular reason not to?

Oversight, I suspect, as we generally recommend, expect, and ourselves deploy the single-network-node role in combination with ha-controller{1,2}, which has the process monitoring component baked in. I'll take a look at this.

@pellaeon I assume this a case where you have single-network-node on a machine separate from single-controller?
