[nova] nova-xvpvncproxy package not installed by default - but setup by haproxy

Message from syslogd@Controller01 at Mar 25 12:02:51 ... haproxy[18052]: proxy nova-xvpvnc-proxy has no server available!

Simple to fix by installing the package but has to be done manually, should be done automatically - or adjusted so that you have to specify if you use nova-xvpvncproxy and then setup haproxy/packages in one go.

Above was on ubuntu after a fresh hacontroller setup.
