Hi, wonderful method (and the review article as well is superbly helpful!) - I was wondering if there might be plans to submit this package to Bioconductor and provide direct support for the SingleCellExperiment class as well. Thanks!

I think a good first step would be to add a documentation vignette for how to run SCORPIUS with a SingleCellExperiment. Would you be willing to create a format_sce.Rmd (similar to anndata.Rmd and Seurat.Rmd)?
