Reminding Windows Only Display on Second Monitor in Ubuntu with Wayland

Describe the bug Reminding Windows Only Display on Second Monitor in Ubuntu with Wayland

When I using Xorg in Ubuntu 22.04, the Workrave Reminding Window will display in two monitors, but when I use Wayland, the reminding window only display on second monitor.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Logout and switch different display server in Ubuntu

Expected behavior Two monitors will display the remind messages

Additional context I feel it would be beneficial if users could choose to display reminder windows on both monitors. This way, regardless of the desktop environment (Xorg or Wayland), they wouldn't miss the reminder and could maintain healthy work habits.
