Addition of a standing-sitting moment

Add on The addition of a standing-sitting moment feature is currently under consideration. Many individuals now use standing desks, but the accompanying software is often lacking. Incorporating this feature would be a significant improvement.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. stettings: extra tab with sit and stand moments
2. timers that you can set by your slef
3. example: 30 minutes of sitting time, 6 minutes of standing, and resetting after standing.
4. option to switch it of if you dont have height-adjustable desk.

Expected behavior After 30 minutes of work, you'll receive a signal indicating that it's time to stand, followed by another signal after 6 minutes to remind you to sit down

Thanks @bladslaatje Standing and sitting are just 2 possible positions. Kneeling is another. It may be best to allow defining arbitrary positions.
