Feature Request : sound-only pre-break annoucement

Description A new option to not show the pre-break warning dialog and only have the warning beeps.

To Reproduce

1. Break (any break) is approaching (time is customizable)
2. User hears the warning beeps (sound and period are customizable)
3. rest behavior : user relinquishes keyboard and mouse and rest immediately begins
4. ignore behavior: user continues to work and rest is skipped or delayed (customizable)
5. too many ignores: the skip/ignore rest limit is applied and rest starts immediately after the warning if the user has ignored the breaks too many times

Additional context In the Windows 3.1 days there was a similar application which behaved like this. It was not windows 95 compatible. Can't recall its name.

This is a good feature, I would pay money to improve it

I was just thinking about this same issue. I find that the pop up window can often break my flow and make me feel irritated. I think a purely audio solution would be best, or at the least the option to make the warning not appear directly in the center of the screen.
