[bug] warning showed on startup

Open mattia-b89 opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

Describe the bug A warning window saying

Workrave failed to start Is Workrave already running?

It pops up when you power on your pc and login GNOME. It is the first thing happens in GNOME. And as you can see in the screenshot below, Workrave applet/extension is running on the top right corner, this means it is a false-positive warning.

The issue started some months ago with GNOME 3.34 (or maybe 3.32), and it is still here with latest GNOME 3.36.

To Reproduce

  • power on your machine

Expected behavior This warning should not be shown.
