Yolo V4 support?

Can you update this for Yolo v4 or PP-YOLO?

Hello @mitchross right now I am unable to do it. But next year I will do my best to use the new lib that supports yolo v2, v3 and v4. And supports the new versions of CUDA, CuDNN and OpenCV, so ya as soon I can I will update. Thank you!

@rcaceiro I am also waiting for this.Its the only library for node that supports yolo.Should be an important update
