I would like to add this link: https://data.stadt-zuerich.ch/dataset/luftqualitaet-stunden-aktuelle-messungen The city of Zurich provides data on their opendata portal, that are hourly updated.

@noenandre @NKAmapper It would be good if you/the local mapping community could find common ground and then either close this PR or propose how to go forward!

@soshial Would it be possible for you to link to the license information of this data? https://www.lgia.gov.lv/en/node/857 seems not to state any license information. Or I overlooked it.
