windows 10 and 11: must reinstall to start app a second time

after exiting the application, it does not restart. reinstalling it works fine and the login screen reappears with no issue. Using nightly/obs-remote-0.0.0-pre.20220531.Setup.exe

I experience something else. After running setup the app starts and works. When I quit and try to start from windows start menu, nothing happen. I need to start the setup again and it starts again. But then from menu nothing again.
