@zeta274 that doesn't look like a valid model name to me. You might want something like `ollama/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct`

Definitely! I don't there was JSON Schema published when I first created this repo. I would happily accept a PR that added these schemas.
This could easily be a bug on our end as well, or something specific to your FHIR spec - happy to accept a PR that fixes this!
