FYI I just pushed a change here. We can't hard-code the port mapping, because in that case you can't start multiple containers simultaneously. Instead we now look for available ports...
Is this still a problem in the dockerized world?

@yufansong is the solution to run that `wget`? If new users are hitting this I think we need to fix it
