(Windows) Substitute for Win+UpArrow to maximise a Window?

That functionality seems to be gone when using Kinto? Can Ctrl+Arrow Keys only dock Windows to left and right side of the screen now?

I am able to make it work by using shift+ctrl+cmd + up by default
