Setup using caffe docker

I have setup of caffe-gpu docker image which is working fine. Could somebody help me to setup this repo using caffe-gpu docker setup. I downloaded this repo and tried to run the scripts. But It is not running. Could somebody help me steps for setup of this repo after caffe-gpu docker working image
